We manage conversion optimisation for the company. The CEO told me, “If you think a change will deliver benefits, just do it. Don’t ask. Unless it poses big risks.”

What we did

We’re constantly running experiments to optimise conversion. Recently we wrote the copy for, and redesigned, their main sales page, then ran a split test to compare its conversions vs the original sales page.

More importantly, it will deliver an additional US $17.5k per month in revenue.

Incidentally, we also created the experiment tracking spreadsheet (complete with in-built statistical significance calculator), and set up, and continue to administer, the company’s JIRA Cloud and Slack projects. Plus we set up Zendesk for them, defined and documented Level 1 support work practices, and now manage their Level 1 tech support function!
