apg homes (now Webb & Brown-Neaves) is one of Perth’s leading new home builders, delivering WA’s most innovative new home and narrow lot designs.

What they needed

apg needed copy for their new website, two autoresponder email campaigns, and a booklet to help customers choose fixtures and fitting for their new home. But they wanted more than just the writing. They wanted guidance on what NEEDED to be written, how it should be presented, and even (in the case of their email campaigns) advice on the logic of their autoresponder sequence.
